Summer Interns Build their Brands

Providing professional development for summer interns is an important part of the Foundation's annual Internship Program.

For the second year in a row, media consultant Celeste Gehring worked with the intern class to help students learn how to amp up their networking skills and build their own personal "brand." In an upbeat and interactive evening, students learned how to create an elevator pitch, participated in mock interviews, and discovered how to attract the networking opportunities and people into their lives to help build their careers.
