The Television Academy Foundation named three industry leaders to its board of directors: Jackie Hayes, Netflix vice president, studio affairs legal; Philippe Maigret, ITV Studios America president and managing director; and Cindy Mori, Oprah Winfrey’s longtime talent relations executive, effective immediately.
Mori was elected for a three-year term by the Foundation’s board, and Hayes and Maigret were appointed for a one-year term by Foundation Chair Tina Perry.

Jackie Hayes, vice president, studio affairs legal, at Netflix, is responsible for leading and supporting the Netflix teams for CMOs; credits; intellectual property; labor; minors, immigration and diligence; music; production employment; and rights management. Prior to joining Netflix in 2024, Hayes held multiple executive roles at Warner Bros., Warner Media and Warner Bros. Discovery over 26 years. In her previous role as executive vice president and general counsel for studios and networks at Warner Bros. Discovery, Hayes provided strategic legal counsel to, and worked in partnership with, the company’s senior leadership for its film, television, HBO, games, and consumer products and experiences businesses.
Philippe Maigret is president and managing director of ITV Studios America where he leads its U.S. scripted TV studio operations, growth strategy across platforms and advises on worldwide scripted programming strategy. Under Maigret’s leadership, ITV Studios’ U.S. scripted credits include Physical and Franklin (Apple TV+); One Piece and Cowboy Bebop (Netflix), The Better Sister and One (Prime Video), Snowpiercer (AMC/AMC+), Let the Right One In (Showtime), and 10-Year-Old Tom (Max). He also has overseen an impressive development slate with multiple broadcast, cable and OTT services. Prior to joining ITV Studios America in 2015, he served as CEO, Endemol Studios, where he launched and managed Endemol’s scripted television studio operations and acquisitions in North America. Maigret’s production credits include executive producer on Franklin, Kingdom, The Young Americans and Boiling Point. Maigret sits on the board of the Hollywood Radio and TV Society and serves as president of the HRTS Foundation.
Talent executive Cindy Mori is an award-winning media and events professional with more than three decades of experience, much of that time devoted to the Harpo brand and OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network. As vice president of events for the Special Olympics 2026 USA games, she is responsible for event planning and strategy, talent sourcing and development, creative direction, and more. Additionally, Mori oversees talent booking for Oprah Winfrey’s media partnerships creating mission-driven content, including exclusive celebrity interviews for prime-time specials: The Oprah Podcast, Oprah’s Book Club, the critically acclaimed mental health docuseries The Me You Can't See from executive producers Prince Harry and Oprah Winfrey, The Color of Care for Smithsonian Channel, and the acclaimed AppleTV+ Sidney Poitier documentary, among many others. Previously, Mori was the vice president, global talent management and talent development, for Warner Bros. Discovery where she managed corporate talent booking for all Warner Bros. Discovery networks and platforms, including Discovery Channel, OWN, HGTV, Food Network, TLC and discovery+. She also serves as an adjunct instructor at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
