The Hall of Fame Garden on the Television Academy campus in North Hollywood, California features statues, busts, and plaques depicting more than 100 of our Hall of Fame honorees.
Standing as the focal point of our campus is a large-scale replica of the Emmy statuette, weighing 1,750 lbs., standing 18-feet high, and resting atop a poured concrete base in our "mini-park," landscaped with drought-resistant grasses, shrubs and succulents.
The statue required 11 months of preparation and the combined efforts of some 45 separate craftsmen. The pure silicon bronze (95% copper, 4% silica, and 1% manganese) statue was erected in the original Hall of Fame area in 1991.
